How do I know if my customer can pay via Vibrant?

All Visa and Mastercard, this includes Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and all digital wallets which are supported with VISA and Mastercard. We take international payments, so it does not matter where the card is from. The transaction will take place in the currency you have set on the app.


Mobile Devices: If the customer has a mobile wallet (e.g. a Mobile Banking application with NFC capabilities:


Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, Google Pay®), they can Tap & Go if they have previously loaded their card into their mobile wallet. Only the customer will know if they have done this.


Physical Cards: Look for the contactless indicator on the card – it’s usually on the front but may be on the back. If you do not see this icon, the card won’t be able to tap to pay.
