127 - The NFC is not active on the phone. You need to activate the NFC, so the card can communicate with the field on the phone.
- Open the "Settings App" on your smartphone device.
- Go to the search option and type "NFC" or "Near Field Communication"
- If NFC is disabled, then ensure it is switched on
