There are very frequent updates that transform Vibrant into a higher-quality app to guarantee your days run smoother and your payments faster. Therefore, it's highly important that you can always make sure you have the most recent version of the app when making transactions through your smartphone.


By doing so, you can avoid different troubleshooting from previous versions and assure you will have the best version of the Vibrant app. 

Updating all apps on your device automatically

As an Android user, you have the option to set your apps to be automatically updated whenever a new version is released. Please follow the steps below to understand how to activate this option on your device's settings.


  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap on your profile icon.
  3. Tap Settings > Network Preferences > Auto-update apps.
  4. Select an option:
    1. Over any network to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
    2. Over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.
Note: If an account on your mobile has a sign-in error, apps may not update automatically. 

Updating only Vibrant apps on your device automatically

You also have the possibility of selecting singular apps on your device to be automatically updated. If this is the method you decide to follow, please make sure you repeat it for both the main Vibrant app & our supportive Pin App.


  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap on your profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device.
  4. Select Manage
  5. Tap Vibrant app / Vibrant Pin app
  6. Tap More (the 3 vertical dots at the top right).
  7. Turn on Enable auto-update. 

Updating apps on your device manually

We at Vibrant recommend you to have your apps automatically updated to make sure you will always have the most recent and functional version of the apps (both the main transaction app & our supportive pin app) However, you also have the possibility of manually updating the apps on your device.


  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap on your profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled as "Update available". You can also search for a specific app.
  4. Tap Update.
